Am Kipppunkt der Zeit / On the brink of time
Ein verwischter Blick in einen Wald. Haltlosigkeit und Formlosigkeit, das Gefühl der Auflösung spiegelt sich wider. Das Gefühl steter Wiederholung und des Schon‒einmal‒dagewesen‒Seins zeigt sich in den Stämmen ebenso wie im Text meines Gedichts.
75 x 100 cm, Fineart‒Print, gezogen auf Aludibond, matt laminiert, gerahmt in Eiche; Auflage 1/1 und damit ein Unikat. Jedes meiner Bilder wird durch ein von mir geschriebenes Gedicht ergänzt, das der/die Käufer/in dazu erhält.
A blurred view into a forest. A sense of weightlessness and formlessness, a feeling of dissolution, is mirrored here. The sense of constant repetition and déjà vu is reflected both in the tree trunks and in the lines of my poem.

Manchmal bleibe ich hängen
Es ist immer 16.00 Uhr
Die Wälder bewegen sich
ein Stück nach links
Wenn mir die Augen tränen
vom Wind
werden meine Pupillen
goldene Seen aus Baum
Spuren von Zeit verwischen
Ast um Ast
Herzschlag um Herzschlag
Träne um Träne
Sie sind blattlos geworden
was mich seltsam tröstet
Mein Puls betastet die Stämme
Es schlägt wieder 16.00 Uhr
On the brink of time
Sometimes I get stuck—
It is always 4:00 PM.
The forests shift,
a little to the left.
When my eyes water
from the wind,
my pupils turn
to golden lakes of trees.
Traces of time blur,
branch by branch,
heartbeat by heartbeat,
tear by tear.
They have turned leafless,
which strangely soothes me.
My pulse brushes the trunks—
It strikes 4:00 PM again.

Ich arbeite mit Fett und Flüssigkeiten. Körnige Fragmente, verwischte Bildteile, sichtbare Spuren von Fett oder zerfasterte Elemente sind Bestandteil meiner Arbeit und werden von mir bewusst nicht retuschiert.
Each of my photographs is a unique piece and is produced only once. With the artwork, you will receive a certificate of authenticity and the accompanying poem, handwritten on handmade paper.
I work with grease and liquids. Grainy fragments, blurred areas, visible traces of grease, or frayed elements are an integral part of my work and are intentionally left unretouched.
