Mein Kopf liegt schwer
Mein Haar ist nass
Der Rücken weich dort im Morast
Das Wasser tropft von deinem Arm
Die Zehen stoßen in den Schlamm
Das Licht ein Zittern tief im Schoß
Das Grün, das Grün, ich lass es los
Du schlingst dich um mich
hältst mich hart
Ein Trinken Atmen Schlucken
Das Wasser steigt mir bis zum Hals
Du lässt mich los
Ich fühl es warm
Du siehst mich an
Im letzten Licht ein Zucken

The pond is deep
The forest wide
The green as green as afternoon
My head lies heavy
My hair is wet
My back lies soft there in the mire
The water drips down from your arm
My toes press deep into the mud
The light, a trembling in my womb
The green, the green — I let it go
You coil around me
hold me hard
A drink a breath a swallow
The water rises to my throat
You let me go
I feel it warm
You look at me
A flicker in the final light

I work with grease and liquids. Grainy fragments, blurred areas, visible traces of grease, or frayed elements are an integral part of my work and are intentionally left unretouched.
